How It Works

A shuffled ESP deck is placed on the table, and a spectator rolls a pair of dice until satisfied. Using the total on the dice, the spectator deals down into the deck, placing the card at that number aside, unseen. The deck is reassembled, and a second spectator repeats the process. When the two randomly selected cards are turned over, they match. The performer explains that this could all have been nothing more than a coincidence. However, it was an act of fate.

Finally, the performer picks up an envelope that has been in full view the entire time. Inside is one single card, a perfect match to the selected cards.
