Mental ACAAN: A freely selected card is signed with the name of somebody the spectator knows. The card is placed inside the card box. Once the Fulfillment Center has received and confirmed your return (usually within 72 hours of receipt), you will receive an email confirming that your return is complete. If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 7 days. Please note that, depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
