The Sticky Head Game by Nathaniel: A Fun and Mind-Blowing Party Experience!
Discover the ultimate party game that combines laughter, mystery, and a touch of mentalism – The Sticky Head Game by Nathaniel. This engaging game, also known as “Forehead Detective,” “The Name Game,” or “The Post-It on Your Forehead Game,” is perfect for gatherings, family nights, or even magic performances. Here’s how it works:
Each participant writes the name of a famous person (alive or dead) on a sticky note and places it on the forehead of the person to their right. The catch? The person wearing the note has no idea whose name is on their forehead! Using clever “yes” or “no” questions, players take turns guessing the name on their forehead. The game continues until everyone correctly identifies their mystery personality.
Take It to the Next Level with Mentalism
But wait, there’s more! Nathaniel has reimagined this classic game as a mind-blowing mentalism act. Imagine this: you, the performer, guess the names of two famous personalities at the same time. The twist? The spectators only answer your “yes” or “no” questions in their heads, never out loud. With remarkable confidence, you “read” their silent answers, switching between the two participants effortlessly until you reveal both names correctly. The result? An unforgettable mix of amusement and amazement that leaves your audience in awe.

Do you know the”Sticky Head Game”? It is an amusing party game also known as “forehead detective”, “the name game”, or simply “the post-it on your forehead game”. It follows simply rules. Instruct each participant to take a sticky note and secretly write down the name of any famous person, alive or dead. Request that each person turn to the participant on her right and place her sticky note onto that person’s forehead. It is very important that the person wearing the note remain in the dark about whose name is now adhering to her forehead. All participants will see the names stuck onto everyone else’s forehead except their own. Select a person to start the game by asking the other players a “yes” or “no” question geared toward helping her figure out whose name is stuck to her forehead. As long as the questioner gets a “yes” response, she should continue to ask questions. Once she receives a “no” response, the next person in the circle gets a chance to ask questions about the person stuck to his forehead. Continue going around the circle with participants asking “yes” or “no” questions until each participant correctly guesses the name on her forehead.
So how to turn this into a mentalism act? What do you think about the following? You have to guess and are able to identify the right person’s name, that was written down before, in much less time then it takes normal? Not that impressive, I know. But I forgot to mention that you never get a yes or no response out loud! They only answer in their head! And you play it with two spectators, so two famous person’s names at the same time. When you get a yes response from spectator one, that is never said out loud, you continue with the next question. If you get a no response, which is of course never said out loud too, you switch to spectator two immediately and ask questions about their famous person. With remarkable confidence you ‘read’ the answers in the spectators heads without a fail. This continues till you can name both famous persons names correctly, without anyone saying a single word out loud. That is the new “Sticky Head Game”. For your audience it is a great mix between amusing and amazing act.
