Begin by displaying four cards: three Aces of Diamonds and one Ace of Clubs. Challenge your spectator to follow the black Ace. To simplify, you remove one red Ace and place it face down on the table. Show the remaining cards—two red Aces and the black Ace—in your hands. Place the black Ace between the two red Aces. When revealed, all three cards are red Aces, and the black Ace has mysteriously moved to the table!

Repeat the routine, and once again, the spectator cannot track the black Ace as it ends up back on the table. The climax comes when the spectator guesses the black Ace is on the table, only to find a red Ace instead, while the other three cards have transformed into black Aces!
